Data Plates (HND Designs) manufactures precision-engraved industrial data plates and nameplates in Aberdeen — bespoke, quoted work, not something bought off the shelf.
They needed a site that explained a fairly technical product range clearly and turned visitors into quote enquiries, not online orders.
Reach mattered: they serve businesses across the UK, not only Aberdeen.

What I built

I hand-coded a fast brochure-and-enquiry site (custom-coded, no CMS) built around a clear product catalogue and a gallery of real engraved work.
Every route funnels to a single, well-structured quote request form with service selection — matching how they actually win work.
Location-targeted pages (Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, London and more) help them get found UK-wide, with pre-optimised WebP imagery and a light/dark theme.

The outcome

Data Plates has a fast, professional site that explains a technical range and channels visitors straight to a quote.
The location pages extend their reach well beyond Aberdeen.
A lead-capture model fits their bespoke, quote-based sales process far better than an online shop.
